“Had a great time, front desk staff was friendly. Food was mediocre from surrounding restaurants. Food at the restaurant on the property was not good either. Rooms were nice but, need to be updated a little. Overall the resort was nice. ”

“The room I rented has a bad smell, the air conditioner is very noisy, and the water from the sink splashes everywhere and gets on my clothes. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the room.”

“The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies “ it didn’t show on Expedia” .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude. After I paid he looked at me in discomfort . The other staff I encountered were polite. ”

“It was very quiet and people working there very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee.”

“Room was cleaned, no funny smells that's a plus. Elevator was too slow 5 plus minutes wait with no one using it. Breakfast was alright. Overall fairly stayed for the night. ”
